    Since opening in 1986, Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse has been destination on Long Island. It serves up steaks, chops and seafood with classic Manhattan steakhouse style. All Bryant & Cooper steaks are DRY AGED USDA PRIME  and hand-cut by expert butchers. Our steaks are trimmed of unnecessary fat, and all Bryant & Cooper beef is dry-aged to enhance the flavor and give it a buttery texture.

    Bryant & Cooper Butcher Shop and Retail Market is open 7 days a week 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM and carries our dry-aged USDA prime steaks, chops, and rotisserie chickens as well as prepared side dishes such as our Bryant & Cooper salad, creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes. They also offer a variety of spices, chips, bread, William Poll dips, our famous Bryant & Cooper steak sauce, and anything from the Bryant and Cooper menu.
